What benefits will i get?

Hi, ive just started my maternity leave and before this i worked full time, I really want to go back part time and im just wondering what benefits i will get if i worked about 20 hours when i go back? plus, is there any extra money i can claim when im still on maternity as im not looking forward to getting £120 a week! Once baby is born you'll probably get child tax credit alongside your child benefit. Depending on your total household income you might get working tax credit to help with childcare costs.

Me and OH only have combined 24k wage and get our child benefit and a further 90 a month of child tax credit. When i go back to work we'll get approx £400 a month for help with childcare costs.

Ahh right good, thats about the same amount as we get with me full time combined! Just trying to figure out how much money ill lose going part time its so complicated! Thanks alot! xxx
