My midwife has had trouble trying to determine where my baby is positioned. There is a hard lumpy thing near the top of my uterus that is about 1.5 inches in diameter which seems much too small to be his head or his rear. He hiccups really far down low inside near my pelvis, so I'm thinking he must be head down, but how do I know?
I'd really like to know what this hard lumpy thing is?? Could it possibly be his rear? I don't think it's a knee because it's perfectly round like a head, just so small...Anyone have a clue?? I'm really perplexed.
The MW said that if they can't figure out where he's positioned at the next appointment, they will do an ultrasound, but I hate waiting.
