Ok, so back in May I bought myself a pair of Uggs (classic short in the beige colour) from Office. I have worn them maybe once a week on average since then and I have gone to put them on this morning and the back has split next to the backseam. Its not that the stitching has come apart or anything, they have literally ripped at the seam. Now my problem is that I no longer have the box (knew I should have kept it!) and can't find the damn receipt anywhere!! I paid cash also so can't even use a bank statement or anything. Do you think it would be ok to take them in without a box or a receipt? I am not trying to get a refund as I would like a replacement pair as they should have lasted a bit longer. I have 5 pairs of uggs and I only wear genuine ones as the quality is so worth paying for. My mum and friends have fake uggs and even though they are good copies they just aren't right. I thought by paying a lot of money for all of mine they would last and be worth it.

Anyway, enough of me rambling...what do you think they will do?

i'm not sure hun, is there anything on the boot that shows its from that store? like a label on the bottom with the size and stuff on it, might be worth a shot :flower:

I dunno about where you purchased them, but most high end stores stand behind their product. I prefer to shop at Nordstrom because of situations like these, they will replace them. I hope you are able to, I have a few pairs and I love them, but they're not cheap. I have a couple that are like 3-4 years old and still almost perfect.

hey hun i would try the store if they say no. Email the Uggs company and see what they say good luck
