Ted is 9.5 weeks and was a good sleeper.
In the last few days this has changed. He seems to sleep lightly during hte day and wakes every 10 minutes it seems. At night he's gone from sleeping 10 - 5 to now only going till 2 and then wanting feeding every 2 hours. He guzzles.
When he wakes he's rubbing or grabbing at his face. He's not fully awake but moaning and grabbing at his nose / eye / mouth area and breathing like he's getting irritated - it's difficult to work out which he's aiming for (nose, mouth or eye). It's not a full cry just an uncomfy sound. I thought it could be "ouch teething!" "mum i'm hingry!" or "help my nose is blocked"....but I dont know...
In general he doesnt seem very happy. He seems very tired so I wish he'd just sleep longer and deeper.
I know the doc agreed he'd started teething early but I'm not sure if this is what the face rubbing is all about?
I cant work it out..do you think it's teething? His cheeks have been slightly pinker than usual.
If so he's too little to hold onto a teething ring etc.
What can I do to help?
I'm tired, he's tired....what's happening?
