What cycle day to start the pill?

I hope someone can help! I am due to start the pill when my next period starts with the intention of starting our IVF round in July. But is it day one or day two I start it? I've asked my clinic but they've answered all questions except for this one! You'd think being my third round I would remember

I guess you are asking about BCP . If yes then my doc had told me to start from Day 1 of the cycle. Wishing you all the best for your ivf.

I was told cycle day 1, buy if it was iffy, cycle day 2 was ok.
