Dinner - breaded cod, veg

Snack - salted caramel cake.

Lunch - cheese sandwich, crisps and yoghurt

Snack - almonds

Dinner - salmon with new potatoes and veg

Snack - victoria sponge cake
 
Breakfast - porridge with 1 banana
Lunch - cabbage soup and 1 slice bread
Dinner - breaded cod, chips and broccoli
Snacks - cough sweets, hot lemon drink
Drinks - water
 
Breakfast - scrambled eggs, banana

Lunch - mackerel bagel

Dinner - roast chicken, new potatoes, carrots, cauliflower and peas. Chocolate cake for dessert

Snacks - 2 humbugs and 1 cough sweet

Appetite quite poor at the moment. :( Hope it improves soon. :thumbup:
