Breakfast - grilled bacon, tomatoes, egg and beans
Lunch - Ryvitas and extra lite philadelphia, pear, banana and Apple
Tea - Pork, cabbage, green beans, mash, 1 yorkie and gravy
Snack - 1 glass wine and some wotsits
B: a slice of toast with honey, a satsuma and tea
L: leftover homemade minestrone soup, sliced avocado and cherry tomatoes
With a dash of olive oil and balsamic vinegar, 2 cups of chai
D: going to have homemade aloo methi, green lentil dal, raita and half a chapatti!

S- juiced, celery,cucumber,strawberries,blueberries,& ginger
L- huge bowl of salad with tuna
S-dandelion root tea with pine nuts
D- roasted vegetable couscous with mascarpone
B-Cup of black coffee
L - Quorn mince with crushed garlic and curry powder (sugar,fat and salt free) with half a cucumber, Large Orange
D - Will be baked cod with tomatoes, garlic and chilli
Baked apple with cinnamon
B: half a bowl of porridge with brown sugar, ivy stole the other half
L: lettuce, tomato, cucumber and avocado salad with half fat olive oil dressing, one whole meal pitta with tzatziki
Dinner: currently making lentil shepherds pie with a sweet potato mash, watermelon for dessert. Will prob be snacking later as I will be up all night working, froze some big grapes yesterday but doubt they will cut it!
Breakfast: orange juice
Lunch: steak bake and large tea (at work and bought from garage across the road!)
Snack: banana and white chocolate kit kat chunky
Dinner: no idea yet!
