What did you eat today?

Im sorry - It was the lovely Longwell Green Nandos too...
 
Yesterday i had:

Breakfast - grilled bacon, tomatoes, egg and beans
Lunch - Ryvitas and extra lite philadelphia, pear, banana and Apple
Tea - Pork, cabbage, green beans, mash, 1 yorkie and gravy
Snack - 1 glass wine and some wotsits
 
B: a slice of toast with honey, a satsuma and tea
L: leftover homemade minestrone soup, sliced avocado and cherry tomatoes
With a dash of olive oil and balsamic vinegar, 2 cups of chai
D: going to have homemade aloo methi, green lentil dal, raita and half a chapatti!
 
B - Cup of tea, multi-grain toast with peanut butter and lemon curd [seperately].

L - Nothing, except a chocolate biscuit to take my antibiotics and painkillers.

D - Its gotta be something soft, so baked potato, cheese and beans.

Ill have a cuppa coffee later and a few biscuits to take more antibiotics.

B - 3 chocolate digestives and a cup of tea

S - half a banana

L - chicken super noodles with abit of grated cheese, sticky ginger bun

D - small bowl of tomato pasta bake, 3 slices of cheese garlic bread,
Cup of tea

S - cup of tea, 2 more choc digestives :blush:
 
2 organic fuji apples
dried organic mango
brown basmati rice with chickpeas
 
B- shot of wheatgrass
S- juiced, celery,cucumber,strawberries,blueberries,& ginger
L- huge bowl of salad with tuna
S-dandelion root tea with pine nuts
D- roasted vegetable couscous with mascarpone

B - Big bowl of porridge plus glass of smoothie
L - Courgette lasagne with salad and garlic bread
D - Thai chicken soup
 
Seriously awful day here, i'm blaming the cold and PMT! Tomorrow WILL be better.

B - Bacon sandwich on wholemeal
L - M&Ms
D - Chicken and prawn jambalaya
S - 2 mouthfuls of leftover Nutella cake

1 cup of coffee and1 bottle of orange juice, plenty of water.
 
such a bad day today,

B - 2 wholemeal toast with peanut butter

L - 2 wholemeal toast with peanut butter ( really fancied peanut butter today )

D - Chicken burger in a bun with chips ( although it was oven baked burger with acti fry chips )

Snacks - milky way

Drinks - 3 coffees, 1 beer and a few glasses of wine

Snacked on hulla hoops
L - tikka noodles
D - Thai takeout. Chicken satay, dimsum, yellow kari curry

Lots of water, a glass of coke, 1 glass of white wine and a green tea!
 
Yesterday I had

Breakfast - Salad cream sandwich

Snack - Quavers

Lunch - spicy prawns and sausage rolls

Dinner - Small bowl of curry with 2 slices of bread and butter

Snack - Half a bag of slt and vingar twirls, wanted the other half for todays breakfast but Lucas ate them :wacko:

So far today

Breakfast - 2 Pain chocolate
 
Yesterday I had

Breakfast: toast

Snack: crisps

Lunch: nothing

Dinner: toast

Snack: crisps


I ate quite badly yesterday :blush:

few left over m&m peanuts
tomato soup with 4 slices of bread
milky way
 
B-Cup of black coffee
L - Quorn mince with crushed garlic and curry powder (sugar,fat and salt free) with half a cucumber, Large Orange
D - Will be baked cod with tomatoes, garlic and chilli
Baked apple with cinnamon

3Ltrs water throughout the day.
 
Today ive had and will have;

B - Tea and a digestive biscuit.

L - Nothing

S - Bowl of shreddies and a bowl of muesli as well as some O.J.

D - Homemade pizza

Might have some sticky toffee pudding with ice cream later
 
Today..

B - banana
L - bowl of french fries
D - Chicken&dumpling stew

successful cutting snack out day :haha:
 
Yum now I want baked apple with cinnamon!

B: half a bowl of porridge with brown sugar, ivy stole the other half
L: lettuce, tomato, cucumber and avocado salad with half fat olive oil dressing, one whole meal pitta with tzatziki
Dinner: currently making lentil shepherds pie with a sweet potato mash, watermelon for dessert. Will prob be snacking later as I will be up all night working, froze some big grapes yesterday but doubt they will cut it!

4 cups of tea so far...oops
 
Breakfast: orange juice
Lunch: steak bake and large tea (at work and bought from garage across the road!)
Snack: banana and white chocolate kit kat chunky
Dinner: no idea yet!
