What did you eat today?

Thank you so much! I'll tackle that recipe just to try the end product - I am a rubbish baker :haha:
 
Yesterday I had:

B - WW yoghurt, banana
L - M&S green thai prawn salad wraps, calamari and yoghurt dip
D - Sausages, sweet potato mash and roasted veggies.
 
Today:

B - 2 slices of buttered toast
L - Chicken soup
D - Will be cheese stuffed burgers with baguettes, wedges and salad.
 
i had porridge today with syrup.
then for lunch i made some marinated chicken with rice.
im waiting ona chinese tonight.
 
Today i have had:

Breakfast - Slimming world bar, 2 plums and an apple
Snack - a youghurt
Dinner - Rice, chicken, melon, apple and a pear
Tea - Massive salad, jacket potato and chicken
 
Today I've had...

Breakfast - nothing
Lunch - sandwiches
Snack - crisps
Dinner - pasta, salmon and veg

I think my hubby is going to get a McDonalds for us when he gets home from work. I'm such a pig!!

3 cups of tea
3 glasses of water
 
Today has been another day of eating all sorts of c**p :/

Granary toast with Marmite, coffee, granola bar
Veggie lasagne, salad with balsamic vinegar
2 Tunnocks tea cakes!!
Lentil & bacon soup, seeded baguette
Small tub of garlic stuffed olives and 4 gherkins
Apple and some grapes
Jaffa cake bar
Loads of water
Glass of red vino :)
 
Rosie you eat such yummy food, I think you me and Tennisgal are food triplets :haha:

I have been rubbish today though :(

breakfast: one plain pitta and a cup of tea
lunch: a healthy breakfast muffin and a cappuccino in a cafe
dinner: will be bacon and butter bean stew with some olive ciabatta and salad with homemade balsamic dressing
 
breakfast: a potato waffle
lunch: cup of tea and a Kit kat
dinner: For me homemade risotto with homemade breaded chicken strips :)
 
I have had today

Breakfast- toast
Snack - crisps
Lunch - sandwiches
Dinner - beef burgers
 
Cake bar, huge bowl of peas, yoghurt, hot chocolate. Aaaand that's it, I have gained half a stone this month so I need to get some control.
 
Today I had:

B - Skipped
L - Gluten free chicken salad sandwich, packet of Kettle Chips, sliced mango.
D - Gnocchi with chicken, leeks and mushroom in a goats cheese and cream sauce. War mbaguette and a homemade mince pie.
 
Trying to get back on track and stop snacking on Tunnocks teacakes :haha:

Latte and a banana
2 boiled eggs
Chicken salad with mustard dressing
Box of Charlie's raisins
H/m tomato & basil soup, seeded bread
Blueberries and loads of Yeo plum yoghurt
Water and tea

Oh and 1 finger of a Kitkat (I really tried not to have chocolate but I just can't do it :dohh:)
 
Terrible today!

B Coffee
L Mini egg mayo roll from M&S
D My cooker broke this evening :dohh: so a ham and cream cheese bagel
S Smarties and hot chocolate
 
Yesterday I was still on holiday so I had -

Breakfast - 3 croissants with butter and jam, orange juice

Lunch - 1/2 a small 4 cheese pizza, shared a large coke

Snack - hot chocolate and a choc coconut tart that I'm going to have to replicate at home lol.

Dinner - earl of sandwich - 1/2 an all American and 1/2 an original. Shared another coke.

Had a bottle of lemonade and some apple straws through the day too.

I'm going shopping tonight for healthy food!
 
Three cups of black coffee, one glass of water
Dairylea sandwich and packet of hulla hoops....
 
B -doritios
L - a mini roll
D - will be tuna pasta bake with steamed veg.

Such a great day food wise :haha:
 
So far / will be:

Brek: porridge with dried apricots, dates and figs
Snack: packet of revels (oops)
Lunch: spicy pumpkin soup, chicken sandwich on rye...apple, three tangerines, handful popcorm
Snack: slice of clementine cake
Dinner (will be) big, fat bangers with garlic mashed potatoes and cabbage with bacon...pudding is baked apples and custard.

Not a particularly good day for me!
