What did you eat today?

- Cheerios cereal
- Prune
- Pasta
- Green apple
- and tonight, soup with garlic bread.
 
Today I've had:

Breakfast - none
Lunch - jacket potato, bit of pasta and cottage cheese, veg
Dinner - tuna, pasta and veg
Snacks - pasta, veg, cup soup

Today has been so hard with the diet, I just can't stop thinking about food :(
 
B-bacon roll
L-sliders burgers from GBK. Raspberry tart from Patisserie Valerie
D-mug of Cadbury highlights.
 
Yesterday -

B - cup of tea, cherry yoghurt

L - covent garden veg soup and bread

D - spag bol

S - mini donuts, Cadburys caramel
 
B- cup of coffee, quarter of my daughters english muffin
L- half a ham sandwich, diet pepsi
S- toasted english muffin, more pepsi
D- will be chicken fajita and probably a glass of wine
 
Oh it started so well.......

B: Porridge
L: Oxtail Soup
2nd L: McD Chicken Mayo and fries
D: Prezzo - shared the cheese & sweet Onion Garlic Bread Pizza and the had a light Mushroom Pizza with side salad (and some of El's yummy Carbonara)

Went shopping on way home and filled fridge with salad stuff!
 
Its almost 4pm and i had a couple of cheese and crackers with turkey and 2 cookies lol
 
B- none
L- jacket potato, pasta, veg
D- chicken breast, pasta, veg
S - pasta
 
b - 2slices buttered toast
l - corned beef sandwich and packet of crisps
s - 2 malted milk biscuits
d - gammon, cheese and potato pie with jelly and icecream for dessert lol
s - having cup of tea and some thorntons chocolates right now lol
 
Breakfast - alpen
lunch- 1 small sausage roll
Dinner - stew
Snacks - a packet of hula hoops and 2 cookies
 
Ham sandwich on seeded bread.
3 satsumas
1 kiwi
Lasagne and salad

Few cups of coffee, water and a glass of Pepsi max
 
B-banana and ww fromage frais
L-Heinz minestrone soup and a packet of ww crisps
D-beef ragu and some brie
 
today i ate:

1 passionfruit
1/2 sweet lemon
pineapple cut up
whole wheat pita+hummus
sesame brown rice with chopped up green onion
dried apples
 
Im back on slimming world after a weeks break over christmas and new year (and gaining 4.5lb lol!)

Breakfast - 2 alpen light bars, grapes
Dinner - sweet and sour mug shot, muller lite, grapes
Will have for tea - Tuna, kidney beans, rice and a big side salad
Snacks - freddo bar
 
Today:

Breakfast - none
Lunch - jacket potato, bit of pasta and veg
Dinner- chicken, pasta, cottage cheese, mushrooms, kale
Snacks - pasta
 
B-banana and a slice of toast
L-jacket potato with cheese
D-salad with Brie and grapes.
 
Banana on toast
2 somosas
Jacket spud cheese and salad
Choco fingers
Orange
Apple
Pie snd chips
 
Yesterday-

B- 2 slices toast with butter
L- toasted english muffin, bag of crisps and diet pepsi
S- pringles, diet pepsi
D- slice of hm pizza, piece of garlic bread and glass of wine, tiramisu for dessert (didn't eat that much because it was wayyyyyy too strong!)
 
yesterday, i missed breakfast so while in town had a ham salad baugette, 2 packs of crisp, few pieces of tomblorne, bottle of orange bottle of die pepsi, water, and then for tea had pizza hut which was ham and mushroom pizza, cheese and bacon patato skins, and toffee cake for desert, today had bowl of cereal,2 slices of toast, tomblorone,bag of crisps, water no idea whats for tea as of yet,
