B - None but had a glug of tea before leaving to get to work on time

D - Home made pasty and beans. From frais that my poorly daughter refused
Well, my meals have been healthy...Special K cereal for breakfast, weight watcher's entree for lunch. But I blew it with eating 7 pieces of my Valentine's chocolate.
B- toast with peanut butter, half mug of coffee
L- half a portion of chips with curry sauce, a few celebration chocs
S- bag of crisps
D- chicken goujons, hm potato wedges, broccoli, cauliflower and baby carrots then a mini cupcake and glass of wine.
B - Slice of toast and lemon marmalade
L - Prawn salad and a wholemeal scone and jam.
D - Couscous, baked cod and pak choi. Followed by a toffee cupcake.
Had green tea, cranberry juice, water and 1/2 glass of Sauv with dinner.
B-2 slices of malted bread toast and butter
L-a homemade cupcake, apple and grapes
D-Veggie sausages, a sweet potato jacket and corn on the cob. Pud was Indian sweets.
B - 2 x sesame ryvita with extra light laughing cow and ham
L - Chicken salad
D - Chicken pitta with nandos spice rub, lots of salad and a few hm piri piri chips
Yesterday I had
b-toast with jam
l-hm chicken tikka massalla and egg fried rice
d-a cupcake and one seafood stick
several cups of tea,vimto and orange juice
B - Banana
L - Cooked chicken on wholemeal bread
S - two bananas, veggie juice and a nakd berrie bar (berry delight)
D - Will be chicken and potato curry
I've had about 4 glasses of water with lemon already today and a green tea
