What did you eat today?

Too much!

B-porridge and a from frais
L-nibbles mainly at inlaws
D-cheese,biscuits and bread

Also had apple pie and custard! Yum!

Better day tomorrow.
 
B - None but had a glug of tea before leaving to get to work on time
S - Apple
L - Fried egg sandwich
D - Home made pasty and beans. From frais that my poorly daughter refused

Now having a glass of wine.
 
B - reeses puffs

S - buttered, toasted hot cross bun

L - quality street yoghurt, dried pineapple, mango and coconut

D - lasagne and oven chips

S - toasted, buttered hot cross bun
 
Well, my meals have been healthy...Special K cereal for breakfast, weight watcher's entree for lunch. But I blew it with eating 7 pieces of my Valentine's chocolate. :rofl:
 
B- toast with peanut butter, half mug of coffee
L- half a portion of chips with curry sauce, a few celebration chocs
S- bag of crisps
D- chicken goujons, hm potato wedges, broccoli, cauliflower and baby carrots then a mini cupcake and glass of wine.
 
B - Slice of toast and lemon marmalade
L - Prawn salad and a wholemeal scone and jam.
D - Couscous, baked cod and pak choi. Followed by a toffee cupcake.

Had green tea, cranberry juice, water and 1/2 glass of Sauv with dinner.
 
B - none

L - few slices of thin crust pizza

S - galaxy cookie crumble bar, haribos

D - sausages, mash, sweetpotato, parsnip and carrot mash, cauli cheese, peas, gravy

S - coke float!
 
B-2 slices of malted bread toast and butter
L-a homemade cupcake, apple and grapes
D-Veggie sausages, a sweet potato jacket and corn on the cob. Pud was Indian sweets.
 
Breakfast: nothing
Lunch: tuna sandwhich, muller light yogurt, apple
Snacks: banna
Dinner: chicken, jacket potatoe and beans

Trying to be healthy! :thumbup:

L: mackerel pate on toast, glass of milk, choc digestive
S: satsuma
D: baked potato with beans and salad. Tea.

D-h/m sweet and sour chicken on wholegrain rice.

Yesterday I had

B - 2 x sesame ryvita with extra light laughing cow and ham
L - Chicken salad
D - Chicken pitta with nandos spice rub, lots of salad and a few hm piri piri chips

l-hm chicken tikka massalla and egg fried rice
d-a cupcake and one seafood stick
several cups of tea,vimto and orange juice
 
B - Banana
L - Cooked chicken on wholemeal bread
S - two bananas, veggie juice and a nakd berrie bar (berry delight)
D - Will be chicken and potato curry
I've had about 4 glasses of water with lemon already today and a green tea

L: boiled egg with a slice of toast, apple
S:bowl of bran flakes
D: will be enchiladas
 
I had a packet of crisps and samosa earlier after swimming,dinner is cooking now,sausage casserole and baked potato,Im looking forward to it!
 
I've had toast, two packets of Hula Hoops, detox tea, diet coke and tea will be broccoli, cauliflower and peas, and possibly a Slim-a-soup.
