Small bowl of garlic and sausage pasta with grated cheese, cherry coke

Im hungry again so may have abit more pasta, or there is a spare selection box calling me lol
 
Breakfast - Porridge and honey with semi skimmed milk
Lunch - Ham and tomato sandwich
Dinner -Homemade chicken satay with chips(yet to have)
Snacks - Packet of skips
Drinks- 2 cups of tea and loads of water
 
B - Nothing
L - Starbucks Toffee Nut Latte and an M&S egg and bacon sandwich
D - Spag Puttanessca
 
Today i have had:

Breakfast - 2x alpen lights, an apple and a plum

Dinner - subway salad - chicken breast, cheese, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, olives, sweetcorn, peppers

Tea - homemade chicken jalfrezi, rice and a side of green beans

Snack - 2 x weight watcher yoghurts, a freddo
 
Breakfast- mcdonalds pancake and syrup

Lunch- cheese salad sandwich, a crunchie, orange juice

Dinner- cod, oven chips, mushy peas
 
Today I've had

Breakfast - toast
Lunch - soup and bread
Dinner - tiger roll and grated cheese
Snacks - crisps
 
B-bacon sandwich with ketchup
L-1/2 cookie
D-beef curry with couscous

6 digestives o.O
chicken salad baguette (fresh)
crisps
dairy milk
banana
apple
pasta and sweetcorn

Small bowl left over pasta with cheese, small Dairymilk

D -
1/3 tin baked beans, 2 fried eggs, 1 slice of Danish bread toasted with butter, ketchup.

baaaad day today

B: 1 slice of toast with honey and tea
L: a pastrami, spinach, gherkin and mustard sandwich from pret....mmmm. Plus pomegranate juice and the arm of ivy's gingerbread man :haha:
S: a cup of chai and way too many minstrels :(
D: chicken and vegetable broth with some crusty bread, another cup of chai
 
I could just write Chocolate for yesterday..but...

Breakfast: Greek yoghurt with baby figs in amazing rum vanilla syrup.
Snack: a disgusting amount of green and blacks maya gold
Lunch: ham, lentil and vegetable soup with an onion bagel. Apple, two tangerines, few Brazil nuts
Snack: embarrassing sized chocolate brownie
Dinner: lamb kofte, pitta, yoghurt and aubergine dips, Shiraz salad, dill rice...more brownie
Snack: yes, there was more green and blacks

Oh. Dear.

I worked out how much chocolate I eat, and it's vile. I'm not stopping before Xmas, as that would be setting myself up to fail...but post Xmas, I'm cutting down. Breastfeeding just gives me the worlds sweetest tooth!
 
Today's been really awful food wise.

B - Porridge with raisons & nectar
L - Hulla hoops, black coffee..

Today has been / will be...

Br: porridge with raisins, flaked almonds, nutmeg and agave
Snack: five chocolate Brazil nuts
Lunch: beetroot and horseradish soup, chicken salad sandwich, apple and two clementines
Snack: chocolate tiffin
Dinner: chicken enchiladas, salad, slice of pb baked cheesecake
Snack: will be chopped fruit and not chocolate this pm!
 
Had a bowl of cereal and half a sandwich so far today but neither stayed down so just had a yoghurt and now keeping my fingers crossed it stays put as im totally ravenous!
 
Today I ate:

Lunch - grated cheese sandwich, mushroom soup
Dinner - McDonalds
 
B: toast with honey and tea
L: chickpea, avocado and tomato wrap with red pepper humous and a delicious piece of this chocolately biscuit thing my sister made
D: a huge salad with homemade dressing and some pizza, currently having a nice cold beer!

L- half a big mac burger and a chocolate shake
S- slice of toast and mini choc eclair
D- 1 sausage, 1 egg,1 rash bacon, beans and half slice toast
S- half bottle wine :blush: and 4 lindor chocs
 
Today was simply crap. Working from home is rubbish for my diet!

B-cup of coffee, a bite of Molly's toast
L-KFC chips and 2 chicken pieces courtesy of my mum..
D-jacket potato with small amount of cheese.

Feel bleugh.
 
Breakfast: Boiled egg & 1 slice of toast
Lunch: 2 crackers & some chedder & strawberry yogurt
Snack: Choc cupcake
Dinner: Breaded chicken breast, oven chips & coleslaw
 
Breakfast: Toast.
Lunch: Sausage sandwich.
Dinner: Chicken Burrito.

Surprisingly, I've not snacked at all today ;o Just had a whole load of tropical juice.
