B: oatmeal and applesauce with some almond milk and a dash of cinnamon
L: macaroni, steamed sweet potato/carrot/asparagus with melted soy & dairy free cheese on top
Rice rusks as a snack
He's 9 months old tomorrow so I'm going to start him on 3 meals a day
B - toast with butter
L - grilled mini pitta with a tomato sauce and mozzarella
S - organix apple rice cakes
D - homemade spaghetti bolognase, plum raspberry fromage frais
L- Avocado & pear purée with a dash of cinnamon. Bite of my bagel with cream cheese.
D- Sweet potato & butternut squash. Cheerios. Watered down Apple-Carrot juice in sippy.
B - porridge slices with cherry
L - fish finger, and a slice of toast with cream cheese and avocado
D - Homemade salmon and cream cheese fusilli pasta (he found the slippery pasta frustrating but when I picked up a piece he would bring my hand to his mouth)
P - banana
B - Avocado on toast, some grapes
L - Chicken and rice stew, asparagus spears, butternut squash slices and half a petit filou
T - Very mild thai curry, some cucumber, a sweetcorn ring and some mango
We skipped breakfast this morning as he had a doctor's appointment.
Lunch was macaroni with steamed sweet potato, asparagus and carrot
Dinner was chicken, sweet potato and lentils spiced with celery seed, turmeric and paprika.
