What did your baby eat today? (all-inclusive edition!)

B- Half a bottle of formula and a little while later some toast

L -Mango puree(not much), blackberry and strawberry (think she just made jam!) and 4 bites of pancake with butter!:happydance:

D- Sausage, potato and chive bake, yogurt (actually did not to bad with dinner, hopefully that was her small appetite returning as the day went on!)
 
Today Holly has eaten:

Breakfast - two bites of wholemeal seeded buttered toast.

Lunch - three bites of a pizza base, ten small pieces of mushrooms.

Snack - broccoli, a few peas.

Dinner - 9 small bites of potato in butter, 1 tiny piece of grated cheese!


 
B - porridge made with Apple
L - half pot of yoghurt and half an ellas kitchen smoothie
D - brocolli and courgette soup, half pot yoghurt

Been teething today, top tooth cut this afternoon so wasn't eating great. Poor bub.

L hummus, veg sticks and pitta bread
S banana bread
D cheese, leek and sweetcorn muffin, 1 potato wedge (threw the others on the floor) peas and sweetcorn.
 
Breakfast: Bottle of formula after he refused a bowl of cereal
Lunch: Yoghurt
Snack: Biscuit, a few quavers
Dinner: Spaghetti bolognaise

Drinks: 1 flask of juics

Formula: 14oz (5oz breakfast, 4oz naptime, 5oz bedtime)

Lunch: slices of pear, cheddar cheese pieces, toast with butter and cashew butter
Dinner: small plum sliced in halves, sweet potato mash, quorn bolognese with penne pasta

S - corn cakes with peanut butter and banana
L - scrambled egg with grated courgette, peppers, cucumber and piece of toast with philadelphia
D - macaroni with bolagnase and peas.
Half a banana

D - lentil soup with a rice cake. Orange wedges, grapes and half pot of natural yoghurt

L- Pesto cavatappi noodles, chicken, mozzarella (ignored everything but the cheese)
S- Raisins and goldfish crackers
D- Not sure yet...

Basically overcooked porridge with smooth peanut butter in, shaped into balls!:haha:

I put a handful of oats into a microwave safe bowl with 3 scoops formula and cover with water. Stir in a heaped teaspoon of peanut butter and cook on high for 1.5 minutes til water is absorbed and it sticks together, then I use a spoon to scoop out balls and cool.

Lunch: Nothing (refused breadsticks, refused fruit, refused yoghurt, refused crisps, refused cheese)
Snack: Yoghurt
Dinner: 2 sausages, 3 chips, a bite of breadstick which he spat out (refused salad)

Drinks: 1 flask of juice

Formula: 10oz (5oz breakfast, 5oz bedtime)
 
B - pancake cut into small cubes, some pear (small pieces), greek yogurt

L - chicken noodle soup from the farmers market (mostly just the broth)

S - part of a gerber baby cookie

D - leftover roast chicken (chopped in food processor), sweet potato mash, grated cheese

Lunch: steamed broccoli, carrot and lentil soup with bread dippers
Dinner: small plum (halved and pitted), mashed potato, quorn sausage with grated cheese

First time making porridge fingers and they were great. So much easier and nicer than spoon loading porridge and she really enjoyed them!

They are really great for lo's to hold aren't they. I have to say they don't look especially appetising to me but my lo loves them. Great for a little snack too if we are out and about

They are! I actually tried one and they weren't bad. A bit stodgy, but the apples added a nice flavour. We've done porridge spoon loaded in the past, but she just isn't that into spoon loading. She'd rather just get her hands in there, so these were perfect. :thumbup:

D - Turkey risotto. Orange wedges and some grapes. Half pot of natural yoghurt.

Lunch: Nothing (refused cheese chunks, fruit, breadsticks and onion)
Snack: 2 belvita cranberry breakfast biscuits, 1 bite of yoghurt rice cake
Dinner: Bowl of cereal, quarter of a yoghurt rice cake (refused chilli, rice and spaghetti)

Drinks: 1 flask of juice

Formula: 19oz (7oz breakfast, 5oz naptime, 7oz bedtime)

His eating is getting worse :nope: Not sure if its because he's ill or if we've just hit an extremely fussy stage :shrug:
 
Yesterday

B - porridge, yogurt and toasty fingers with Marmite

L - toast soldiers, chicken and mushroom soup and a Babybel but she didn't want any of it.

D - ham and asparagus quiche, beans and mixed veg. She was very unhappy so ate none of it :(


Today

B - mashed banana, toast with cream cheese and rraspberry jam and a yogurt with mashed peach which she didn't want.

D - beef meatballs with pasta and sauce, a Barney Bear cake and a Munch Bunch fromage frais.
 
Porridge and cheese, all day long. Talk about balanced.
