what do i class as cd1

i was just wondering if you could help me work out which day do i class as cd 1.
i lost my baby the begining of the month, do i start counting from when i started to bleed or when i passed the baby. it was my first mc so i havent got a clue, hope you lovely ladies can help me

Well, I didn't m/c naturally, had to have D&C, and doc said that would be CD1 for me, the day of my D&C. So I am guessing the day you first started to bleed... GL, Sorry for your loss...

I would count first day of bleeding (not spotting).

thanks for replying. its just so i dont want add anymore extra days onto my cycle not that its ging to be a normal one as this will be my first af since my mc. im sorry for your losses too

I know how you feel... it may be sorta normal for you, like whatever you were before falling pg, but it is usually not the case. Good luck to you!
