I eat pretty well, similar to normal, just more of it!
Breakfast or usually porridge and fruit, or eggs on toast, or a bagel with avocado and tomato, or a smoothie.
Lunch is usually leftovers, a sandwich, soup and toast or dumplings and veggies, with a piece of fruit.
Dinner can be anything, OH and I both love to cook. We usually have chicken 2-3 times a week, fish once or twice, vegetarian a couple of times, and pork or lamb another time. Usually one meal is a roast and another is a pasta.
