I think I will just make her a book for each year of her life, I have some photoshop skills and my mom is obsessed with shutterfly, so between the two of us, she'll have some pretty scrapbooks, tho they wont be handmade, but still, made with love

ok I basically just thought, what would I wanna know if my mum made me one? So the first two pages are one about me and random things like where I grew up/went to school n some pics of me at different ages, then one of FOB (but haven't actually done that yet as I kinda need to SPEAK to him first lol) Then the next page is about my grandparents, which is especially important to me because both my biological father and my step father have passed away so she'll never know them and then the next page is just pics of all my mum's side of the family with names attached then two pages the same for FOBs family (but haven't done that yet lol). Then I just copied some pages out of a diary I kept in first tri and stuck in things like my pregnacare packet and some pics of what I had originally wanted to do the nursery in etc. But you could just as easily start from your first scan, that's where mine got more interesting - I just printed some little extracts from my blog about how I felt on the day of my scan etc. Then from there it's just scan pics and bump pics, and plan to do a diary entry bit maybe once a week or something. Oh and for each diary entry early on I printed a little pic off the net of what a fetus looks like at that point and how big she would be And and there's a page for each boy and girl name I had picked out and explained why, cos I love knowing what I would have been called if I was a boy (Bradley.. meant to be shortened to Brad heehee) Hope this helped!! xxx

it does help! my main problem is that I didn't find out until I was 19 week +3 days lol. I don't want her to think I'm a silly woman

Aaaw it's something individual to your pregnancy!! Thing is I find ANYTHING my mum tells me about her pregnancy and whatnot interesting so that's something interesting about yours. My mum told me yesterday that when she was pregnant with me she went out and got REALLY drunk and was throwing up on the street :/ (she didn't know she was pregnant yet obviously).. I was like mmm classy mum She felt soooo guilty when she found out she was pregnant bless her. xxx

I bought one and intended to do it through my pregnancy and still have not got round to it. Going to start it soon and just do important days since he was born, like day he was born, days out, family parties, his christening etc...

That's the plan anyway, wether or not I get time is another matter but you have inspired me
