what do you think i would need to do a catering business?

i've just contacted business link for some info on what i would need to do buffets etc for different occasions on a fri night, sat and sun on the side of my job now

just wanted to know if anyone had any experience on this or information to give me

i know i would need a food hygiene certificate and to have my kitchen checked out but is there anything else i need to be aware of?
