what does implantation feel like??

I keep having twinges in the same spot during ovulation and today (7dpo). It's on the left side where one of my ovaries would be, and tonight it was pretty strong, felt like someone was pinching it pretty severely!! I'm also feeling super tired and randomly got a headache soon after the cramps. does anyone know what implantation cramps feel like?

It is different for everyone, lots don't even get it. For me with my dd I had a pretty strong shooting pain, kind of like when you get a stitch but lower down. It was enough to make me stop what I was doing and it was extremely uncomfortable, and I have a very high pain threshold. We weren't ttc either at that time but I knew what it was straight away.

Ive had a mixture of both with all four of my babies.. A very sharp shooting pain/cramp straight in the center very down low.. It only lasts a minute then pinching feeling on the side I ovulated from right afterwards. I've known exactly what it is when it happens.
