DH and I have been TTC since August 2010 but only in last couple of months have I gotten more involved in tracking and what not since nothing has happend:nope:

What exactly is Fertility Friend? Is it just for BBT? I have used the Ovulation Calendar on webmd but it is always WAY off!! I just need some help figuring out what Im doing. I never thought TTC would be this hard or this confusing:wacko:

Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated!

Fertility Friend is ok, but it only gives you the useful tools when you subscribe and pay money - I got a deal and paird about £20 for 90 days and it's quite good - but it only works really well if you track your BBT.

Which I didn't do this month because I was on holiday and cba. However in theory if I carefully track my CM it may be able to detect O from that...

I also use Count Down to Pregnancy, which is free, almost as good, and gave me a ticker...

Thanks for the information! My DH already thinks I spend too much $$ on tests so I know he probably wouldnt be too keen on me paying for a subscription. I will have to check out Count Down to Pregnancy!

If you just want to chart the basics (temp, bd, cm, opk and hpt) the basic fertility friend will do, no need to pay. If you want to calculate stats or be able to symptom spot on your chart you'd have to pay a fee. I have the basic membership and like it pretty well. You do get 28 days of free advanced features when you first sign up.

Dont know what fertility friend is, but you can try to ovulation calculator on webmd as well. it is also free and it gave me dates a week later than the ovulation calendar did. Its worth a try being free!

I use fertility friend's free service and it's great. You enter your morning temps and CM and it tells you when you likely ovulated.

If you pay it gives you more cool stuff like telling you if your symptoms that you enter are top pregnancy symptoms, but you don't have to.

Their online charting course is great, too.

I've used temping and checking CM to avoid spending anything on OPKs so far.
