Temperatures fluctuate depending on the activity at the time they were taken. The temperature can also change because it is just normal for the body. My temperatures have done this before. I've seen pregnant charts where they look just like yours until the missed AF date. I wouldn't worry much. I know it's hard to tell us a TTC person that.
