What is going on?

I am using Clear Blue Fertility Monitor and its supposed to show 1 bar when you are not able to get pregnant yet that month, 2 when its possible and 3 when you ovulate. I was told that in the 1st month using it it shows 2 bars much more that it normally does till it gets to know your body. I have been using it for 17 days and not once have I gotten 2 bars??? I have irregular cycles so maybe this is a reason but my cycle is usually 40 days so why has it not shown 2 bars. Im getting really nervous and frustrated. Has this happened to anyone!?!

Sorry hon, didn't want to read n run! As you know I'm on the internet chepies, so know nothing about CBFM. Hopefully one of the other ladies knows something. But please don't stress out, these things are often more confusing than they should and can give you unnecessary angst.

Thanks but its so hard not to stress. I just want a BFP and this monitor still wont read anything but low.

I am looking on it now and hopefully I get an answer. My husband is so cute he just texted me saying don't worry lets wait for the first cycle to be over before you get upset with the monitor. He obviously does research on getting pregnant to know the lingo he uses. He told me pregnancy topics pop up when he is on the comp so he read it. No pregnancy topics pop up LOL he googles them hes just shy to say.
