What is in the top right of BnB pages?

In the top right of my BnB I have a tiny white square, it looks like a dead pixel. What should I be seeing? I've been curious about this for a while now. Sometimes I get a sentence in the area such as 5% off for BnB members, but I have no idea who is offering the discounts. I'm wary of clicking on links, especially when they appear partly broken. I assume this is advertising space and I'm lucky not to be blinded by flashing banners, but also don't want to miss a bargin.

I clear cookies daily and I usually use google chrome, although I get the same when using internet explorer.

Anyone else have this problem?

it shows for me. You're not missing much it's just advertising. there's a boots one, a hi baby one (which is the discount) a mothercare one that think's a bit out of date and i can't remember anymore
