What is she doing?

My LO always looks like she is eating something... like chewing something in her mouth, even though there is nothing!
I thought it may be that she is learning how to stop her saliva from spilling out her mouth? could this be why? Or are thereany other explanations?

she is definitely doing it on purpose,coz she really concentrates on it
