What is the Average 2bdr rental where you are?

The highest price two bed is £1,650 per WEEK so that is (according to google) $2688 (ish) a week

Lowest price is £1025 a month so $1670 (ish)

Average price is £1500 a month so $2440 (ish)

Just carried on looking and the actual average is about £1750 a month which is about $2850

Completely relevant!! If some areas of countries/world make more per hour than rent will probably be higher in that area more than an area where pay is less. Everything evens out in the end (generally).

I live in London as well. Ranges around here start at £1000 if you live in the not as nice bit to over £5000 for a posh penthouse. £1500-£2000 would be what I consider average. We pay just under £1400 which was heavily reduced as the market was really slow at the time. Don't know dollars, sorry!

$850-$1,000 here for a 2 bedroom apartment. Plus heat & hydro.

Houses are usually more but you get so much more room than you could possibly get in an apartment here.

In this area of London it would be between £800 (about $1287 CAD) to £1680 (about $2700 CAD) per calendar month, this being for privately rented apartments depending on the type of development they are in; the higher figure quoted is for really top end luxury apartments. For a social housing apartment which pretty much everyone in the UK is entitled to apply for; providing you have lived in an area a certain amount of time and are willing to be on a waiting list would be approx £420 for a two bed, per calendar month. This is $676 CAD. London is a huge city with massive variations in rent, there are some areas even cheaper than this xx

Not sure what the average is but glancing at the rental search website it seems to be around 800e
