what is this pain

Im 9dpo and done a frer this afternoon and it was
but a couple of times today when iv gone to get off the couch I get a horrible stabbing,stretching pain in my groin area all over. I even had to grab were it hurt today because it took me by surprise.

I do get this when im ovulating as well, nomally cd13-14.

Anyone know what im on about

Hey i've had that aswell.
Possible late ovulation or it could be implantation?
