I know this thread may get a bit TMI, but I need to compare

My AF is horrendous, always has been, I started aged 8 and it has always been heavy.

I am always constipated, the abdominal pain with this is sometimes that bad I double up and scream.

I often tell my OH I feel like my insides are falling out!

I go through a pad every half hour during the first 1-2 days.

I struggle to sit up straight, like I'm sat on something that hurts that area.

My ovary area is very painful, it catches my breath it's that bad.

So please tell me I am not the only one that suffers like this every month

Have you had any tests you may have endometriosis

Doctor straight away, that's not right. You need an lap and dye and ultrasounds.
One of the girls in work had the exact same symptoms and it was endo. Get that looked at ASAP.

My first thought was endometriosis! Does it hurt at all to DTD?? Thats what was bad for me

What's that? I have never heard of that?

No doesn't hurt to DTD.

That'll explain it better than I can x

Thank you, can you get it even if you've had children?

That sounds awful!! I agree with PPs, go get it checked out. Sounds like endo.

For me:
- I get bloating, cramps, headaches
- my cycles are about every 35 days, and last about 6 - 7 days.
- cramps always on the day before and very first day
- cramp are painful, on occasion I have to take Advil or lie down, feels like someone stabbed me in the uterus
- flow is heavy the first 3 days

Will ring doctors on Monday then, what will they do?

With me they did an internal examination then referred me to the hospital, they did a scan I think? And as they found nothing I was booked in for a laparoscopy as the only way to see if you have endo is to have an op. And they lasered it.

But as you have different symptoms to me they may want to cancel out some other things first?

Thank you, my GP's aren't very good either they just like to make you think your neurotic! So I may not get anywhere, but I'll describe what it's like each cycle and see what they say.

Ugh, I hope they listen to you!! Good luck, let us know how you get on :)

My first thought was endo too :hugs:

I hope they're helpful and I'm sorry AF arrived x
