Well I think I love everything that falls under "natural parenting" 
... but if I had to pick just one, I'd say I love how it has helped me to become so in-tune to her needs. Watching her cues for feeding and sleeping, I think I know my daughter better than I would if I followed a routine/schedule for those things.
But to comment on the other things - definitely love breastfeeding; I can't imagine having to wash all those bottles!
Babywearing - Maggie wasn't feeling good today and the only thing that would make her happy was being in my Ergo.
Co-sleeping - It's so nice to cuddle and reconnect after I've been away and school during the day.
Cloth diapering - they're cute...what more can I say?
