There shouldn't be any downtime, as it's just a maintenance release. More info here
I work in bylaws. I take complaints from the public, take disputes and go to court to swear them in to the justice of the peace. I write summons for court, and write letters for the bylaw officers. I send out overdue notices for fines unpaid, and send them to collections. I enter all tickets from bylaw officers and police officers and enter them into a data base...and all those that go to court for dispute, I take the dispositions and change the fines according to the judge's orders. There is always something going on, and never a dull moment. I quite like it.
I'm a secondary humanities teacher (sociology, citizenship, history, health and social care) , I love the teaching and students but hate the management, paperwork and ofsted.
I worked in revenues for the council for years then took redundancy and am just about to start up as self employed in a few months as a nail and beauty technician
Before I had LO I was an English as a Foreign Language teacher and now I am a teaching assistant at a British School in Spain (which pays more and is less responsibility than the teaching ) but I´m also training to be a Secondary School French and Spanish teacher for when I move back to the UK
I've been an admin assistant for just over 2 years and most days I love it. The people I work for aren't that great, but the people I work with are lovely people! It's quite easy to get pay rises at my place aswell which helps!
I'm a school business manager in a primary school...I love it...and I'm missing it whilst I'm on Mat Leave, weird eh!? But def not as much as I'll miss LO when he goes to nursery and I return to work especially as my big boys are at my school and I see them all the time!!
