you got for your LO's?
i just went and got mine today but stood in the shop for ages because i didnt know which 1 was best lol i have a cotbed so wanted something that would last for a while aswell..

which ones have you heard are good?x

I work in a nursery store and usually sell either pocket spring mattress or fibre mattress to ladies with a cotbed. The reason for this is that they will last the longest and provide the most comfort. The fibre has the added benefits of protecting against bed buds/allergies etc. xo

oh thankyou:)
i ended up getting the Duo Spring Airflow one ..its the one from babies r us ,it was 140 down to 70 poud in the half price sale so thought i got quite a bargain:)lolx

mine came with the cot so i didnt buy it separately and i think the cot is from john lewis not 100% tho x

I haven't got our cot one yet as we still haven't decided on our cot!
We are using the moses basket first but will get the cot & everything for it in the next few weeks - So I will be stalking this thread to see what's best :)

xxx

Mines a Serta Golden Sleep, I think thats what its called, lol. Its a coil mattress.

Thats a good bargain bbyno1! I bought a spring mattress too, they last longer than foam ones xx

yeah i didnt really like the look of the foam ones at all..
apparently itd make the baby really hot aswell but im always on the look out for the bargains me :haha:x

Thats the same one i've got :happydance: its quite thick aswell xx

yehh it looks nice dont it:D
the only thing im confused about with that one is the lady in babies r us told me that yo cant take the cover off to wash it and she told us to buy a seperate matress protector so we did..
then when it come it says 'fully removable cover washable at 60' lol
oh well i got a spare then lol x

Awww :) i saw that one in there, but ended up getting mine from mama's and papa's cause i had a discount thingyyy.. haha.

but apparently the spring ones are sposed to be really good - and the advice i got was DON'T get a foam one..
because they break really easily, and are a false economy, because you have to replace them really frequently, and my cousin said you could really smell her bubba's sweat once she started to get older.. and sweating in the night..
so looks like you made the right decision
xxxx
