Hello, this is my first time joining/posting to a board. I have been nervous to join/post to anything in the past.
My husband and I have had issues getting pregnant due to my low progesterone and lack of ovulation. My Dr put me on Progesterone for 10 days followed by 5 days of 50Mg of Clomid. I had my last period on July 28th, 2016, had my first positive OPK on August 10th and had my first Positive Pregnancy test on August 21st 2016! We were incredibly excited. I had typical pregnancy symptoms and had blood work done every other day for weeks to track, all normal which made us and Dr very happy. On September 26th we went for the first ultrasound which showed no heart beat and indicated that development had stopped about a week prior to the 26th of September. It also showed a blood clot. I had a D&C on October 14th.
Im kind of in a what next phase. We want to try again quickly but I dont know how long it will take for HGC to level out. I still had a very faint positive HPT this morning and what looked like a positive OPK this morning. I know this is due to remaining hormones, but when the heck am I going to be able to trust the OPK results again so that we can try with more than just guess work?
I have a Dr appointment in 6 weeks. My Dr said that if between now and then I dont get a period then she will start the Progesterone and Clomid all over again. Im too anxious to wait 6 weeks!
