What pram/stroller are you getting?

I wonder if anyone has any advice on this? I was dead set on the icandy peach 3 (still leaning slightly more towards it) but now I'm not as sure as I'm liking the bugaboo cameleon more and more! The bugaboo is lighter but a harder to put up and down, but just doesn't look as nice as the icandy peach. The peach is heavier but really easy to put up and down but also heard some people saying the seat unit is a little small for a toddler.

Any ideas/tips/advice?

I have had a bugaboo bee+ and it was a nightmare to unfold. Hated it! Not sure about the other bugaboos, but I can say customer service was excellent.

I am buying the peach 3, and I have just sold my icandy apple and my 2.5 year old still fit in it comfortably.

I didn't buy two seats for my peach, but one and the lower car seat adapter so I can have dd2 in upper seat and baby in car seat. This is because I will only be using it as a double for a month or two and on the odd occasion. I am still hoping at 2.9 months she will hold one of our hands walking and baby can use his carrycot.

How old is your toddler and how long do you think you'll need it as a double?

Oh I don't have another child, this is my first! I'll be using the peach 3 as a single pram. I was just concerned that when they grow a little they might be a little squashed but that's just moany people on the internet that say that. I'm not planning on having 2 close together but it does appeal to me that the peach 3 can be converted just incase (I know how easy accidents can happen, 24 weeks ago I had one lol).
The bugaboo cameleon seems so hard to put down and I think that's putting me off!

With DS I had a few pushchairs (second hand) 1st was quinny buzz it was ok but found it very bulky then swapped it for a bugaboo camelion I didn't like that at all then got the icandy apple from eBay and it was very similar to the quinny we then got a silvercross pop stroller for more ease as DS started walking he's been in a couple times as soon as he started walking he never wanted to go in a pushchair he's a walkaholic lol!

This time round I'm really liking the silvercross wayfarer and pioneer (very similar designs) the only difference being it looks like ones got a bigger basket than the other

I quite like the BabyStyle Oyster (the original one, not the Oyster2 or OysterMax). Need to have a go with it in Mothercare or somewhere first, though, to decide if it's really the one for us. If not that, it'll be whichever is the best deal at the time that's compatible with the car seat (thinking Maxi-Cosi pebble at the moment).

If we do go for the Oyster, I really want the bright yellow colour pack :haha:

If you're in the UK then the toys r us near me is doing the oyster plus a certain colour pack for £199.99 whereas it's 200 odd for just the pushchair in mothercare. Can't remember what the colours are though :)

I just had a look on Babies r Us and they have lime on that offer, also black but that seems to be out of stock. Definitely worth a look, thanks! Can always get the yellow colour pack separately - only a few places seem to do that.

Anyone have an opinion on quinny buzz 3? Or quinny moodd? X

I would love to buy a Bugaboo Cameleon, but I'm not sure right now. I had a graco with my first (the way it folded made the hood dirty and the plastic by foot area broke from the constant opening and closing). With my second I bought a Phil and Teds stroller....no complaints with this one.

We got the Baby Jogger City Select with the second seat attachment so we don't have to get another stroller when we have baby #2 (still growing baby #1 right now!)

We have this. You'll love it! We have the second seat sitting in the closet all ready for when little man is here and big enough!

I was really overwhelmed by the pram thing, as I needed so many things I didn't think what I wanted existed. I'm happy to say I'm settled on a Jané Twone, I can mix and match carrycots, carseats and other types of seats with one easy click, and it folds really well and small. It doesn't take up loads of room and fits in smallish lifts, and has a good brake on the push handle.

I have they grey polka dot peg perego pliko switch from when I had my son. I loved it for when he was a baby because it folds down flat and can face either direction. Super cute too! We also have a jogging stroller but I didn't use that until he was a bit older. Plan to just re use both as my son prefers to walk so I don't think I'll need a double!

Reusing our older DD's Mamas & Papas Sola but if I was in the market for a new pram i'd choose the Baby Jogger City Versa :)

I have heard great things about the Maclaren pushchairs. I think I might get the Maclaren Techno XT, and I'll get one of the fun patterned seat liners to brighten it up. It comes with a life time guarantee too which is very reassuring! It's meant to be really smooth to push, lightweight and sturdy too. xx

I saw this great travel system at babies r us. I just want to go touch, and test it out.

Scrap my original idea, I don't think I'm getting the jané twone, its such a headache getting a pram for 2 newborns and for it to do everything you want!

Have you looked into the icandy peach 3 blossom? The thing that drew me to it was it's so versatile.

Bugaboo Donkey looks pretty good too. Sure you'll find the right one for your babies :flower:

I have a thread going in the twin section and I'm driving everyone mad there  I haven't looked into either of those two, so I will have a look now. And I have to see if they are available in Spain too. Thanks a lot for the suggestions, when I do eventually decide I will update X

I'll just be reusing the pillows bought for dd. Mind you after a few months I'll just move onto the other buggy we bought which is much more manoeuvrable but it's only ff.

I'm planning on primarily slinging though anyway
