What should I ask?

I have an appointment at GP tomorrow following ultrasound on my ovaries. Assuming everything is ok what should I ask? What are the next steps?

I have only been TTC for 6 mths but I would like to know what you ladies think would be the next step?

Unless you are over 35 then there would be no next step after only six months. I am surprised they even scanned your ovaries at such an early stage, to be honest. Most will send you away for another six months before proceeding with further investigation. As it stands, you were well below the average time it takes most couples to conceive. You are not officially 'infertile' until it's been twelve months, in the eyes of medicine.

Depending on how good your GP is then asking for bloods would be a good move - day 5 and 21 and also getting your OH to take an SA.

Do you have PCOS? I know my friend was seen at 6 months due to having this and they started testing - she had a dye test and internal ultrasound and also the bloods done before her 12 month mark.
