What time does your LO go to bed?

6pm for kane, he cant stay up any later he screams with tiredness

Anywhere between 6.30pm and 7.30pm. Rarely 7.30pm though.

Isabella goes to sleep at 7 and sleeps till 7am. I start her bath/pajamas/story/feed routine at about 6:30 or so. I think your bedtime might be a little late. When is her last nap of the day? That might be your cue for her real bed time? Try moving her bed time 15-20 minutes earlier each day and see where you end up. After putting her down, try not to talk, smile, avoid eye contact, no toys in bed etc. Just make it so boring that she just falls asleep

At first we had DD's bedtime around 8 pm, but after that we decided to bring it to around 6.45 pm. Works much better, as this way we have a chance to have some 'couple's' time before going to bed. She does get up at 6.30 - 7 am, but it's not a problem, as we get up around 6 both, we are both working.

Aliza is fast asleep at 7.30 if not a little earlier some nights. Sleeps straight through til 7-8 in morning!

11 pm for Omar. It's too hot here, & we cant do much before sunset. If he goes to bed earlier, he will end up at home everyday.

Bryson's always been asleep by 8:30pm. We may have some nights when he doesn't want to go down until 9pm, but never later than that.

Well tonight I actually gave her a bath a bit later and she went to sleep by 9.45 so we are making progress! I really want to get it back to 8ish cos as Sugarmuppet said, its nice to have a bit of evening to yourself!

I will take the advice of trying to make it a bit earlier every night xx

when we first got Casey into a routine of bath, massage, last bottle, little cuddle then bed, she wasnt going to sleep until about 11-11.30. she sleeps until around 6.30, has a feed, then sleeps until about 10. we've gradually managed to pull it back, and now shes asleep by half nine, maybe waking at 6 and 9.30 or so? xx

Callum used to go to sleep late when he was a newborn but around 7 weeks we gave him a bedtime routine of a bath and story and bottle, we start it at 8.00pm, it took a few days for him to get used to his new bedtime but now goes quickly off to sleep by himself in the cot xx
