What to do with Whiting

So i got a couple of fillets of whiting today and I have no idea what to do alongside it. I'd like to do something healthy, would salad and potato go?

Anyone have any ideas ladies?

Oh tallybee it was the nicest dinner i've had for aaaaaages. I did;

Whiting baked with lemon and parsley, rocket with beef tomato and a honey mustard dressing with minted and buttery new potatoes on the side. Baby had whiting with rice and tomato but didn't eat much.

Definatly worth a try. Nom nom.xxx
