What was your weight gain at 19 weeks...?

Its hard because even now im this far along i cant do the kind of work out's i used to do (ab attack, spin, body combat etc...) but ill get back into them as soon as my little one is here!

I put on most of my weight early on too, by 12 weeks id gained about 11 lbs! but im hoping i wont gain as much during the rest of the pregnancy & you might be the same too hun x
 
You look amazing!! i wouldn't worry one single bit! As long as you and baby are healthy and your keeping up with eating well and exercising, than you can't do too much more to combat the pounds that will come on. I was a US size 2-4 or 26/27 before becoming pregnant ( I don't know the size change to UK) I have gained 20 pounds and I am 23 weeks now. My OB dr. said I look great and I have not a thing to worry about (because I came in wondering if that was WAY too much weight at this point). Hope that helps :) I also have a very large bump.. I think anyway.. I'll attach a pic.

You look tiny everywhere apart from the bump obvioulsy! i dont seem to have got bigger anywhere else so god knows where the weights come from but i do feel better now im doing some kind of exercise.

I could be eating better but all i want is carbs, carbs and more carbs :) x
 
I'm not even going to dare putting a photo of my bump haha... I look like a whale compared to you slim mamas! :/ I'm going to be a size 10 after baby is born though haha... I've decided! I'll be back to slimming world, and back to zumba twice a week. I stopped because I was a bit paranoid after a previous miscarriage too. I really miss it! But I just don't have any energy for exercise by the time I've come home from work all day, done housework and cooked lol.

I'm planning on joining the gym or swimming more too. I have 3 months after baby is born to at least get back to my old size 12/14 before my brother's wedding! I'm gonna be a bridesmaid haha... and I was totally serious when I told them if I'm not at least a 14 again by then I'm not being bridesmaid haha.

LOl! yes it does, my OH is into body building and knows everything when it comes to losing weight, cutting up and muscle memory!
at my midwife appointments when i was like 10-16 weeks she felt my uterus and even said i had a tight strong core ( i had a six pack and abs most men would be jel of!) so hopefully after little one is born and my tummy muscles join back together i will be able to get that back... just need to lose the layer of fat that i now have over it! lol its not a lot and my bump is tight but I can notice a big diffrence! i had 15-18% body fat before i became pregnant! so with a low fat ratio i was bound to put on a bit of fat quite quicky..
and yes i was the same quite shcoked at the quick amount of weight i pu on in the first tri! like i said it has slowed down a bit but i know i will gain more but a lot of it too is water... i can see im carrying a lot of water as well as i reatin it and drink sooooo much!
when i do go to the gym i do what i can usually 30 mins of bike and thats about it, at least im doing something! i tell all the girls and instructors ill be back doing attack, step as soon as.. as i love it and miss it sooo much! x

Im sure your bump is fab hun! im also aiming to be back to my old shape in a couple of months but i dont know how realistic that is with a new born baby lol

Let me know how you find zumba,,, thats another class i used to do before I was pregnant but i think id be a little scared to do that now. Its just so hard as you cant do anything to raise your heart rate too much or get too hot, it kinda leaves just swimming which is the last thing ill want to do in the winter lol x

Woo hoo its good to know that muscle memory is a real thing LOL! i had ab's too and i can still see my top two just under my boobs but they are fading fast lollllll

Im drinking TONS of water too which i dont think helps when you jump on the scales, ive also been constipated since the day i got pregnant so i can weigh more or less depending on what kind of week im having lol

I miss my gym glasses SO badly as well! im still doing light weights every other day to keep my arms toned and squats (as all the weight has gone to my thighs *crys*) but its the lack of proper cardio i find hard. Ive started swimming twice a week but even that doesnt feel like a proper work out

Think i just need to learn to chill out until after the baby is here lol x
 
yes definatly swimming doesnt do it for me! lol|! i like a proper go for it cardio session and love weights, sqauts with barbell etc! and cant wait to get back into it! a proper push yourself to the max hard workout is what its all about for me till my legs and abs are burning!
yes my legs/bum too have increased in size a LOT my skimpy gym shorts are now more like knickers on me! luckliy ive kept my pert backside its just grown a lot!
and i had a c section with my 2nd so will again with this one and i got my body back after that so im hopeful i will again, like i said i have the drive and detemination! lol

I was small before I got pregnant (Uk size 8, weighed 8 stone- 112 pounds)

Now at 19 weeks ive put on just over a stone!

I am exactly the same only im 18weeks! Still fit into a UK size 8 though thankfully!

Yep thats exactly the kind of work out im used to and you cant do anything even remotely like that during pregnancy lol

we'll just have to get back on it when baby's are here hun!

ive never had a bum before and ive got one now, as well as boobs! those are the two things im actually happy about lol x
 
i was a 32D before and now im a 32E! and theyre huge too, yes happy about them but my bum has grown as quick as my bump i think!

just taken a pic of 24 week bump..... then i look back of my 'old' pics and feel huge! x
