I'm nearly 18 weeks and I've put on nearly a stone. I've hidden my scales away now, as they're not helpful.
I haven't been eating unhealthily but definitely more. And I still work out 5 times per week, but not as hard as before. I'm finding it more and more difficult now, with ligament pains and inability to balance, so have had to slow it right down.
I'm glad to see others are more or less the same. I was 8st8 to start with, and I'm 5'6 so was at the bottom of the healthy range. But it's so disheartening when you see girls saying they haven't put any weight on. I want to keep total weight gain to about 2 1/2 stone if possible, but I'm not going to weigh myself religiously ir anything, just eat properly and be healthy.
