What were the weight differences between your babies

I had a 35wk check up today and despite measuring right where I should be on the outside I feel huge! She was measuring a little ahead at her 20 weeks scan, but I'm sure that's too early to make any assumptions about birth weight and it doesnt look like I'm going to get another scan (unless I lie and say I'm having reduced movement or something) Anyway, my dr told me that since my first was small (6lbs 4.5oz) my 2nd will likely be around the same weight. Small babies do run in my family, the biggest has been 8lbs 2oz, but I cant shake this feeling she is going to be big. What do you guys think? Is it true they're usually around the same weight? What was the weight difference between your babies?

My husband and i are not big people but for some reason i tend to make big babies lol.
And to be honest my 9 pounder was my easiest birth, i went home 6 hours after having him

My son was 7lbs 4oz at 40+6.
My daughter was 7lbs 15oz at 39+2, but I had gestational diabetes with her. If her weight centiles matched her length like her brothers did at birth she'd have been about 6lbs 9oz I reckon.

I hope you read this minties as I've been curious/worried this baby is going to be huge, I'm 31 weeks and I have GD as well (first time) I've been able to manage so far and believe I'll be able to make it until the end as I'm managing with a low carb diet, were you on medication for your GD? Do you mind me asking your average 1 hr post meal numbers?
I'm thinking if I go early like I have previously I maybe have a chance at not having a huge baby, but with the GD and this one being a boy, I'm a little nervous!

DD 4 lb 13 oz at 35 weeks
DS 7 lb 5 oz at 37w5d

This one seems more along with DD's size so far. At 33 week growth scan estimated 4 lb 7 oz, and they had estimated DD 5 lb 3 oz around the same time.

At 20 weeks I measured ahead I have a growth scan at 28 weeks so we will see how heavy he is but I'm guessing another big baby.

Big babies don't run in the family only me and my sister have big babies my mom had all average sizes

Unless there was a special reason your first baby was small then the second will probably be similar. I weighed a lot more than my sister but then I'm 6 inches taller and a significantly larger build as an adult, so if your second child is just going to be a bigger person then you could have a bigger baby.

Girl born at 39 plus 5- 6lbs 12
Boy born at exactky 40 weeks 7lbs 1oz, so not much of a difference at all x

DS1 was 4lbs 6oz born at 36+4
DS2 was 6lbs 14oz born at 39 weeks
with one at 27 weeks was estimated to be 2lbs 3oz I think it was and just under 50th centile so looking at around 6lbs at birth if I get to 39 weeks which is when they are planning on doing the section at the moment.

Dd2 was 6lb 15oz at 37weeks
Dd3 was 6lb 13oz at 37 weeks. Had all early by induction for pre eclampsia.
I have a feeling ds1 is going to be massive!! Lol but I do agree my heaviest was the easiest to push out. Not my quickest labour but definitely my easiest x
