its tooo hot to make a proper meal so we are just having cold roast chicken, summer roasted veg, tortilla chips, a big salad and some couscous!

Last night was char grilled chicken, new potatoes made with lemon and corn on the cob!

Tonight is chicken fajitas and i think more corn on cob - i just love the stuff right now
