Does anyone else constantly struggle with what to make for dinner? Sebby is so picky there is hardly anything he will have. Gah! So they are having sandwiches and I am having a veggie mash. Nick was at work with his mum and she stuffed him so full that it will last him till dinner tomorrow.

Its always different things here - and no one else ever gives me any ideas - dinner planning is by far the most difficult part of our family life. Tonight was chicken fajitas for my niece, left over lentil soup for Ds and I had a wee bit of the soup and a couple of warm wraps with guacamole, cheese and salsa.
