Whats for Dinner tonight?

All out of fresh meat now so I'm moving onto the cupboards and freezer. I'm thinking corned beef hash tonight.

Going to try to make caramelized garlic tarts for Ds and I, will do a wheat free version for my brother. The girls... no idea, hopefully something will come to mind or they'll have an idea themselves!

The caramalised tarts were amazing, will definitely do that again- will make a jar of the caramelised garlic its self, I can think of a dozen ways to use it.

Girls had roast chicken.

Special (left over) chicken in egg fried rice.

Sean and I will be having chicken tikka salad wraps and homemade wedges. Thomas won't touch it so I'll do him dippers and chips and hopefully he will eat some cucumber too.

Either fish chips and mushy peas or corned beef pasty, chips and beans. Freezer food.

The boys are having franks and beans, Nick and I steak and rosemary roasted mini potatoes and green beans. Yumm!

Also, I have just discovered Halo top birthday cake flavoured ice cream. SO yummy! The whole tub is 473ml and has only 320 cals for the whole tub!! I had a nice helping of 100ml for dessert after lunch for 60cal only! And what is even better is that this ice cream is high in protein! Win win! :D

My niece asked me to look for that icecream when I'm out - where did you get it?

My local Tesco (and it's a smallish one). But I have seen it at the Co'op too.

That ice cream sounds fab. Morrisons carry an american brand of popcorn that is birthday cake flavoured - seriously amazing.

We ended up having fry up in the end as Sean went to the shops for some essentials and picked up some bacon, sausages and black pudding.
