We had sausage dinner last night with broccoli, roasted carrots, cauliflower cheese, Yorkshires and gravy

We're down to using what's in the freezers and cupboards for a bit so I'm doing bacon grill with dauphinoise potato bake and roasted garlic carrots tonight.

The boys are having spag bol, I am having a diet version of a beef lasagne (which has 1/4 the calories of Nick's spag bols and 1/8 of the taste )
