Roast chicken dinner

yesterday we went out for an Italian meal, I had chicken & mushroom carbonara & robbed a few of DH's chips, he had steak & Emily had spag bol, I'm doing a roast chicken with roasties, green beans, carrots, mash & gravy today, its my day off so I usually do a roast on a Monday
