What's going on, need advice urgently ladies. UPDATE: not good news!

I do feel ready to try again, just worried i may try to soon. The doctor said as soon as the cramping and bleeding stops then i should have no problems continuing to try, but he said to go back if i have any dizzy spells or if the bleeding/cramps return. Thanks for taking your time to reply to me really appreciate it. xxxx
