Ibeen takin soy isoflaovnes hoping that it will make me ovulate an help me.. I took it cd3-7 an now am on cycle day 10 havent taken an ovulation test as waiting for thm to come but had really bad cramping n now i went to toilet an wiped an there like brown stuff there an my cm is like going gooey white just wondering could this be ovulation time xx

I cant help with the brown stuff but i ovulated yesterday ithink, i will know for definate this morning when i take my opk, i have cramping and feel like i have done 100 sit ups also tmi i got sore nipples yesterday and they are even worse today, so keep a eye out for that incase u get it as a symptom when do your opks come? X

Some people do spot at ovulation i dont but others do so you could be, one thing i havent noticed is ewcm but i cant tell the difference between it and seamen so i could have without noticing but since i have sore nipples i would say its a good sign, hopefully they do come today xx

Try a two hour hold i usually give it 2 hours xx
