What's happening to me :( bright red bleeding

It's CD21 for me. Yesterday I had brown spotting and was feeling hopeful.

This morning I woke up, and sorry for tmi, but it looked like I had been stabbed down there or something as my knickers were soaked in bright red blood and all over my legs...

Can that be it then? 20 day cycle and now I'm on day 1 again?

It can't be Implantation as it was super heavy and bright red... Can it?

IB is usually brown or light pink and barely stains your panties....
