What's involved?

I have my physio apt on Monday for pretty bad Diastasis and I was wondering if anyone knows what's involved?
I forgot to ask the lady and she called on a private number so I can't contact them
Do I wear my trackie pants and be ready for exercises or will it be just a sit down and chat?

The physio will probably get you to strip down to underwear to get a good idea of posture and pelvic position etc so wear undies you don't mind showing off!

Also wear the shoes you normally wear as they will want to see if poor footwear is causing problems.
