Itti AIO & SIO??
I know the SIO's are slightly more expensive....??

i don't have any AIO's but pretty sure it's just the detachable insert (which can be a benefit because they dry quicker, can be boosted with the mini boosters etc). Also you with the snap in one, if the nappy is only wet you can just swap inserts and keep the outer shell rather than changing the whole nappy as you would with the AIO
