When after a +OPK is 1 DPO??

I have been running this through my mind and Im sure I have overthought this and now have just confused myself but I have to ask....
I know that OPKs detect the surge before O. So if you get a +OPK on CD14, do you count that as O day?? Making CD 15/1DPO or CD16/1DPO???
Ive been going with a + OPK is my -1 O day, then the next day is O day, then the day after that (two days after +OPK) is 1DPO... seem right or am I totally wrong?? lol
SOOOOOO confusing!

Heres a quick run down for me this cycle...

CD 13: Very wet/EWCM, cervix high and softer then yesterday
CD 14: Super stretchy EWCM, high and soft/smooshy
9am- very strong + OPK
Noon- Strong OPK (IC) and confirmed with CBdigital.. SMILEY FACE!!!
4pm- Still strong line(IC)
8pm- Line is a little bit lighter but still +
10:30pm- same as 8pm, but CBDigi has no smiley
CD 15: 9am (SMU) line has faded back to a light pink line.

The IC detect 20 mIU and the CBdigi detect 40mIU, so I use the IC first then confirm the high surge with the CBDigi.

HELP!!!!

I am not sure what is correct but I calculate the same way you do. When I get my +OPK (CD14 for example), I assume I will O the next day (CD15) and then the next day would be 1 day past O...so CD16=1DPO. Hope it's right!
