Our DS is three weeks old and has been feeding on demand every 2-3 hrs since birth. At night I wake him up for most feedings if he doesn't wake on his own. When can we start to go a little longer in between feedings (especially at night)??

I was told at two weeks i didn't have to wake my son anymore.

Most babies won't go longer than 2 to 3 hourly during the day until theyre weaned, as breastmilk is digested very quickly. You can stop waking baby for feeds once they regain their birthweight x
