When can I BF again?

I had a small party last night and drank about 5-6 glasses of wine!
I went to sleep about 12ish and have drank water and eaten since so do you think its okay if i BF now? x

I believe that if you feel sober, the booze should be out of your system enough for you to nurse.

I agree with Samantha. Your body metabolises approximately a until of alcohol an hour, so if you had 6 large (2 unit) glasses it should all be out of your system 12 hours later x
